2012 Goals
Well, 2011 is gone and 2012 is here so it's time to make some resolutions. Many people don't like to make them because they know they will break them. Not me...I'm pretty disciplined. First resolution is no alcohol until after the Shamrock Marathon in March. I realized that when I had long stretches of no training it was caused because I'd rather drink beer and it made me lazy. So gotta stop that. Secondly, run 2 full marathons and 4 half marathons in 2012. I also plan to run 2000 miles in 2012 and want to maintain a 155 lbs body with 11% bodyfat. Lastly, I want to have fun, stay healthy, and find new running friends to learn from and talk with. Can't wait to get it started!
